What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, details about the property and the job, and any photos you attach. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email we keep a record of that conversation.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the clean, and keep records of the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

Our website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, which stores form submissions and photos for us. We may also use email, messaging and accounting services to run the business. We only share what's needed to provide our service, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that don't lead to a booking for up to 12 months. We keep customer and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email enquiries@newmooncleaners.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
